I have economist degree. Since I have finished University I work as a consultant. I started as an associate of PPL Consulting. Later I managed the Hungarian office of TMI for 7 years. I was asked by the owners of TMI to take part in the management of the international network. I worked 4 years in that position.
I returned to Hungary in 2008 and took over the management of Hewitt’s Budapest office. I led the local business for 5 years. Since that I work as a consultant, I keep on leading development processes, I support organisational development projects and I coach top managers.
My expertise lies in organisational and leadership development, HR system development, small group and large group facilitation in Hungarian and in English. I coach managers and I have appreciative coaching certificate.

With over 10 years of experience designing and delivering leadership programs, facilitating executive team workshops, coaching managers, and assisting cultural change processes, I am dedicated to fostering well being and adaptability within organizations. With an economist master degree I have been working as a manager, and organization and leadership development consultant for 20 years. Leadership and organisational development have been my passion for over 15 years. I have developed and facilitated programmes for groups of 5-350 in Europe, Asia and Africa. I graduated with an MSc in International Relations from Corvinus University. I have a wide range of experiences in multinational and multicultural settings – I lived 7 years abroad and spent over 14 years in international organisations.
I have been a consultant of Flow Group since 2010. I am an accredited TerraNova and Human Synergistics® (HS) consultant. I have worked on cultural development programs, top management workshops, engagement, team development, skills trainings.

I am a qualified economist and have an MBA degree. After 7 years in HR consulting I spent 4 years in senior management positions working for Hungarian and international ICT companies. I returned to consulting in the spring of 2005 as an associate managing director of Creanova; I work as a partner and senior consultant/trainer of the Flow Group.
I am a certified management consultant (CMC), a qualified SIZE Prozess trainer and a trainer of trainers, a facilitator of Action Learning and a Human Synergistics® (HS) consultant.
My priority areas include organization and management development, management of change and running the related small and large group and individual programs in Hungarian and English. I am also into blended learning solutions and graphic facilitation.

I graduated from the University of Economics in 1985. I joined the same university as a junior lecturer and I worked as a personal assistant to the CEO of a large consulting company. I have been working with dynamically growing small and medium sized businesses and medium level managers of large enterprises since 1994 and have done the same as a senior consultant of the Flow Group since 2000.
I am an accredited change management consultant by the Know-How Fund and PricewaterhouseCoopers, a certified Human Synergistics® (HS) and GPOP® consultant and Action Learning facilitator, and also qualified as a Development Dimensions International (DDI) facilitator. I work both in Hungarian and in English.
My priority areas include organizational development and change management: running strategy workshops, action planning and cooperation development. It is as part of this process that I conduct training programs in cooperation, conflict management, management and leadership. I am also involved in corporate culture surveys, and run complex tailor made management development programs.

I am the managing director of Let Hungary, an economist and a full time consultant since 1991. Earlier I worked for MALÉV, as a deputy head of department at the commercial policy division, and then I managed the sales functions of TNT Hungary. I have been running training courses and workshops for 25 years and have had the chance to develop the areas within my competence, including management, sales, sales management, CRM systems, strategy, change management, team building, repeatedly as a manager and as a consultant.
Several sectors, mainly insurance, mechanical engineering, banking services, FMCG, pharmaceutical sector, have relied on my training and consulting experience. I conduct management and cooperation development workshops mostly to senior managers in English all over Europe.

I am a co-founder of the Hungarian Organization Development Society (SZMT), Concordia, Időbank (Ad Sidera) and Easy Learning.
